Family Hub: Expense Tracking — Effective March 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Family Hub: Expense Tracking ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is provided by X91 Apps, a division of X91 Tech ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Family Hub: Expense Tracking is a collaborative expense tracking application that allows users to create groups, track income and expenses, manage accounts, and view financial analytics. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use the App
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers
  • Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes:

  • Up to 2 group members
  • Up to 2 financial accounts
  • Default categories
  • Basic transaction history

Premium features such as unlimited members, custom categories, tags, recurring expenses, advanced analytics, and data export require an active premium subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
  • Upload malicious content or harmful files
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (transactions, descriptions, images, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your financial data.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Profile > Delete Account
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in the Privacy Policy
  • Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's store

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The App is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X91 Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
