By downloading, installing, or using Dream Life — AI Motivation ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is provided by X91 Apps, a division of X91 Tech ("we", "us", or "our").

Dream Life — AI Motivation is a motivational application that generates personalized AI-powered stories about your future based on your chosen preferences. You receive one story per day to help you stay inspired and connected to your goals.

The App does not require you to create an account. All preferences and generated stories are stored locally on your device.

• The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Stories generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence and are intended for motivational purposes only. The content:

• Is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind
• Should not be relied upon for making life decisions
• May not always be accurate or reflect realistic outcomes
• Is generated based on your chosen preferences and AI models

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)

The App, including its design, code, and AI-generated content, is the property of X91 Apps. You may use the stories generated for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The App is not a substitute for professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X91 Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or any damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
